Our Zen Beds  are our Own Design, and the price shown is for two beds and two futon mattresses of your choice, these beds have nylon locating pegs which mean these beds are secure and will not move, unless lifted off to provide either two single beds or pushed together to form a large King Size or Super King Size Bed.

We make two sizes either Small Single which is best if your buying to form a Simple Sofa, we can manufacture cushions at an extra cost, or you can simple buy your own, which gives you more choice, Standard Single Bed Size is Ideal if you require Extra Beds and Love a Full Size Day Bed, you will not find, any similar beds complete with quality thick futon mattresses that are as strong or priced as complete packages to these, Made to your Order so if you require Bespoke Sizes " Please Ask "

Our Joiners make Heavy Duty Beds, which if built correctly and Slats screwed down will give many years of good service, all corners are supported on hardwood dowels and locked together with bolts through timber, this gives a corner joint far better than bed brackets used on most pine bed these days, we use extra thick side rails rather than the common 2 cm sections we use extra thick 3 cm timber on bed frame.

Unique design means the slats are level with the side rails and the futons lay on the side rails so, mattresses are close together, as beds and for people using as stacked sofa are more comfortable to sit on.

We supply with a range of Mattresses depending on how the beds will be used. Our Mattresses which are designed for dual purpose use as a sofa and bed The Sit and Sleep Futon & Sit and Sleep With Upgraded 3cm Pocket Sprung Core which gives a more softer feel, Highly recommend. These are the same fillings, we use on all our Bi fold futon Sofa Beds and is ideal if you want to use as Seating and Guest Beds as required. The Authentic Cotton Futon Bed Mattresses, this is a popular combination, and is a great choice if you are buying mainly for Bed Use Only.

Our Workshop Specializes in making high end products at the Lowest Possible Prices, all made in the United Kingdom, this is why we can offer such a massive range of sizes and finishes, unlike our competitors who have little choice and offer only the popular double and king size models in unfinished pine, we have invested in our team and have a full time finishing sprayer, unlike most imports or cheaply made joinery, we can finish all our frames to a high furniture finish for a very low price, for such work, we stain with water based stains in popular palette coloUrs, we then spray with a sealing varnish and softly sand, once dry, we spray with a satin clear varnish, this is one area, you can be duped, and even pay more for, Not many Futon Manufacturers have their own Spray Booth, so will merely just wipe a coloUred stain onto the pine, this can easily be missed and you receive a Dull Piece of Furniture.
